How do I subscribe?

  • Choose the subscription tier that fits you — Monthly, 6‑Month, or Annual.

  • Complete the secure checkout with your shipping details and payment information.

  • Once your subscription is active, you’ll be added to the next monthly mailing.

When will I receive my folio?

  • The Postal Folio envelope is mailed mid-month.

  • Delivery in the U.S. depends on USPS processing times.

  • International delivery varies by country.

  • Your envelope will be mailed at least by the month after you have subscribed, but if we have folios available the month you subscribe, we’re happy to mail one right out to you that month as the start of your subscription!

Do you offer International Post?

  • Yes! The Postal Folio mails from the US and is available to most countries globally, except those restricted by the US postal service.

  • International subscribers pay additional $1 US per month, regardless of subscription tier, to cover the minimal extra postage cost.

  • Prices are shown in USD, and your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel anytime, and your cancellation will apply to future renewals, once your subscription is fulfilled.

  • We don’t offer refunds for already‑mailed editions, since each month’s postal folio is produced to order.

  • If your postal folio doesn’t arrive, please reach out for resolution.
